there was beautifully decorated and fine room, had everything you would need. it was great and fantastic in large residential area. the owner met us and explained everything.

I had a really nice stay, with location in large residential area. Everything was lovely and I got ironing for free. It had a nice and perfect setting near Chinese, fish & chip shop & Tesco express, the beach town centre parks and beach. I did not want to leave and would recommend the property.

We had a very nice stay in Eastbourne, just next door to good takeaways, Tesco Express which came in handy, and a large residential area. It was in a great and excellent place. Plus, it was located near the beach.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The apartment felt cozy and had all the necessary amenities, from towels to kitchen equipment. We did encounter a minor issue with the boiler, but the host was easy to communicate with and quickly resolved the problem. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach. we had a good weekend getaway and would recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The apartment's location is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the beach. It's also conveniently located near local shops and a variety of takeaways. the apartment itself is cozy and well-furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. the beds are comfortable, and the host even left Easter eggs and a chocolate cake for the kids.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value with a bright and well-equipped room. The central location was perfect, just a short walk to the seafront and local shops. The owner was really helpful and knowledgeable about the area, providing us with lots of information and even leaving Easter treats for the kids.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The apartment is incredibly spacious, super clean, and unbelievably comfortable. It has the most jaw-dropping view of the sea, even though it's not directly on the waterfront. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and utensils you could ever need, and there's even a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by tons of activities like hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing, snorkeling. Plus, there's a local shop right down the road for any essentials you may need. And if that wasn't enough, they even have board games for a fun night in. Best of all, they allow pets! Absolutely no smoking on-site, which is great for non-smokers like us. We had an incredible time and will definitely book here again. 10/10!

Lovely light and bright apartment just off the seafront, well equipped, clean and tidy. Close to town centre and Pier. Dog-friendly. Highly recommended for adventure travelers.
